Our candles are made to order, therefore orders cannot be cancelled after placed.
Online Return & Cancellation Policy
All handcrafted candles cannot be returned and refunded since they are made to order. For Home decor and jewelry returns, the buyers will receive refund within 3-7 days via email after the return shipment is received not including original and return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Please email us your order number and email to anaiscandleny@gmail.com with, titled: Return Inquiry. A return label will be provided via email.

Item/items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day

Incorrect item/items delivered must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days of the delivery day
